How to create a Lead Magnet automation

Publish a lead magnet form that subscribers can opt in to and automate the delivery of your content.

Freebies are one of the easiest ways to attract subscribers to your email list. To create a Lead Magnet automation, follow the steps below:

  1. First, create the Email with the freebie or auto reply. 

  2. Then, create a Form and embed it on your website (click on Forms on the top menu) > choose between Pop up or Embedded > customize >choose segment where new subscribers who opt-in to this form should go. 

  3. Finally, create a Workflow (click Workflows on the top menu) to auto-send the email you created as a lead magnet to anyone who gets added to that Segment by opting in to the form, and voila you’re on your way to growing your list 🙌.

Note: while you can create unlimited opt-in forms on our free plan, if you’d like to set up a freebie delivery workflow as described above, you need to upgrade to the paid Email or Everything bundle—which include unlimited emails and workflows.

To upgrade your plan, go to Account setting > Plan + billing and click the Choose your plan button.
