How to switch between Flodesk subscription plans

A quick guide on how to downgrade from the Everything plan or upgrade to the Everything plan

At Flodesk currently we offer three plans:

  • Link in bio (free!)

  • Flodesk Email

  • Everything (Flodesk Email + Flodesk Checkout)

If you've started on the Everything plan, and you'd like to continue with a free plan or Email only subscription, follow the steps below on how to downgrade.

If you started with a free plan or Email only subscription and you want to upgrade to the Everything plan, jump to the next section here.

How to downgrade from the Everything plan

Step 1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of your screen to go to your Account settings.

Step 2. Click on Plan + billing.

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Request to cancel subscription. You will then be given the option to downgrade.

Step 4. Select your plan and you'll be all set!

The subscription will then automatically renew on the new plan on your next billing date.


How to upgrade to the Everything plan

If you started with a free plan or Email only subscription and you want to upgrade to the Everything plan, follow these steps.

Step 1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of your screen to go to your Account settings.

Step 2. Click on Plan + billing.

Step 3. Click Choose your plan.

Step 3. Decide if you want to pay monthly or yearly and select Email + e-commerce for the Everything plan. Click the Upgrade now button and enter your card details.

Let's sum it up!

To downgrade your plan, go to Account settings > Plan + billing. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Request to cancel subscription, and follow the prompts to downgrade.

If you want to upgrade from the free plan to a paid Email or Everything subscription, go to Account settings > Plan + billing and choose your plan.
