Flodesk offers three plans:
Flodesk Email
Flodesk Checkout
Everything (Flodesk Email + Flodesk Checkout)
If you've started on the Everything plan, and you'd like to continue with an Email only or Checkout only subscription, follow the steps below.
How to downgrade from the Everything plan
Step 1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of your screen to go to your Account settings.
Step 2. Click on Plan + billing.
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Request to cancel subscription.
You will then be given the two options shown below.
Step 4. Select the Downgrade to Email button (or Downgrade to Checkout), and you'll be all set!
The subscription will then automatically renew on the new plan on your next billing date.
Let's sum it up!
To downgrade your plan, go to Account settings > Plan + billing. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Request to cancel subscription, and select the Downgrade to Email button (or Downgrade to Checkout).
