Flodesk currently offers three subscription plans that you can check at https://flodesk.com/pricing:
Free plan
Email marketing plan
Everything plan, which includes Flodesk Email and Flodesk Checkout (e-commerce)
How to downgrade from the Everything plan
If you started with the Everything plan and wish to switch to either the Free plan or the Email-only subscription, follow these steps to downgrade your subscription:
Step 1. In your Flodesk account, click your avatar in the top right corner of your screen and go to Account settings > Plan + billing.
Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click βRequest to cancel subscription
β under the Invoices
section.
You will then be given the option to downgrade your paid subscription from the Everything plan to the Email only plan.
Note: Your paid subscription will then automatically renew on the new plan on your next billing date unless cancelled.
Also, if you downgrade from the "Everything plan" to the "Email only" plan, your Checkout content will remain unchanged. All your Checkout templates will stay in your account, and if you choose to resubscribe to the E-commerce plan, you can jump right back in from where you left off.
Important: if you decide to entirely cancel your paid subscription, and your subscription becomes inactive, you'll be automatically moved to our Free plan. On the Free plan, you can still access your account, all your content will be saved, and your opt-in forms will still remain active and collect subscribers.

How to upgrade to the Everything plan
If you began with a Free plan or the Email-only subscription and want to upgrade to the Everything plan that includes Flodesk Checkout (e-commerce), follow these steps:
Step 1. In your Flodesk account, click your avatar in the top right corner of your screen and go to Account settings > Plan + billing.
Step 2. Click Choose your plan

Step 3. Decide if you want to pay monthly or yearly and select your plan (Email only or Email + e-commerce for the Everything plan.) Click the Upgrade now
button and enter your card details or pay with PayPal.
Note: Your paid subscription will then automatically renew on the new plan on your next billing date unless cancelled.
Summary
To downgrade your plan, navigate to Account settings > Plan + billing. Scroll to the bottom and click "Request to cancel subscription
," then follow the prompts to complete the downgrade.
You can also cancel your paid subscription entirely which will automatically add you to our Free plan.
To upgrade from the free plan to a paid Email or Everything subscription, go to Account settings > Plan + billing and choose your preferred plan.
Remember, your paid subscription will automatically renew on the new plan on your next billing date unless you cancel it.
