How to sign up for your free Flodesk trial
Step 1. On the Flodesk website, click on the Try it free button. Or, if you received an invitation from a friend of yours, click on the invitation link.
Step 2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
This email address will be your login email address to Flodesk (or should we say the key to unlocking your email superpowers? 😉).
Step 3. Click on the Try it free button and a welcome message will appear.
Step 4. Follow the prompt and look for the email we sent to your login email address to activate your account.
If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk folder. Or click on the Resend email button.
Step 5. Click on the verification link in the email we sent.
And that's it! Your Flodesk account is up and running. Jump right in and start exploring.
At the end of your trial period, you can join Flodesk either on a monthly or an annual billing plan. Both options give you access to all features with unlimited subscribers.
And don't worry. Before your 30-day free trial is up, we’ll send you an email reminder, so that you can decide whether you want to continue using Flodesk on a paid plan.
Note: if you enter your billing information before your trial period ends, that will immediately move you to a paid plan.
How to sign up for the paid subscription plan
Step 1. Click on your avatar on the top right of your screen.
Step 2. Click on Plan + Billing.
Step 3. Choose between the monthly subscription or the annual plan. If you select the annual plan, you’ll get a month free on us (wahoo!).
Step 4. Fill in your payment plan details. And you're all set.
Paying with PayPal for your subscription
Step 1. If you’d like to pay via PayPal, you need to connect your PayPal account first.
A success message will display when it’s connected, but that doesn't complete the payment just yet.
Step 2. To finish paying (you’re so close!), make sure to go back to the prior screen in Flodesk and click the Join now button.
Otherwise, your subscription won’t start, and we wouldn’t want you to miss out on all the fun, now would we?
Can I change from the monthly plan to the annual plan later on?
We’re glad you asked! We understand that life happens and you may want to switch your subscription plan. We're happy to help you with that.
You can start on the monthly plan and switch to annual billing at any time.
Your annual plan starts the day you switch. You pay for 11 months but your subscription renews in 12 months time. So you always get a month free, every year, completely on us.
To switch your plan—if you started on a monthly plan—email us at
support[at]flodesk.com and we can take care of that for you. Make sure to include your Flodesk account login email in your email message.
