How to sign up for the free trial


Step 1. Navigate to the flodesk.com website and click on the Try it free button. If you have received an invitation from a friend of yours, click on the invitation link.

Step 2. Enter your email address and choose a password. This email address will be your login email address to Flodesk. 

Step 3. Click on the Create my account button and you'll see a Welcome message.

Step 4. Follow the prompt and look for the email we sent to your account email address to activate your account. If you cannot find the email, check your spam/junk folder. Or click on the Resend email button.

Step 5. Click on the verification link in the email we have sent you.

And that's it! 



Your Flodesk account is up and running. Jump right in and start exploring. 

And don't worry. Before your 30-day free trial is up, we will send you a notification email, so that you can decide whether you want to continue using Flodesk as our member on the paid plan.

Note: if you enter your billing information before your trial period ends, that will immediately move you to the paid plan. 

At the end of your trial period you can join Flodesk either on a monthly billing plan or on an annual billing plan. Both options give you access to all features and you get unlimited subscribers. 


How to sign up for the paid subscription plan

Step 1. Go to your Account by clicking on your avatar on the top right of your screen.

Step 2. Click on Plan + Billing.

Step 3. Choose between the monthly subscription or the annual plan. If you select the annual plan, you will get a month free.

Step 4. Fill in your payment plan details. And you're all set.


Paying with PayPal for your subscription

If you select to pay via PayPal, you need to connect your PayPal account first. It will display a success message when it’s connected, but that doesn't complete the payment just yet.

You need to come back to the prior screen in Flodesk to click the Join now button.

Can I change from the monthly plan to the annual plan later on?

Glad you asked! We do understand that circumstances may change after a while and that you may want to switch your subscription plan. We're happy to help you with that.

You can start on the monthly plan and switch to the annual billing at any time. Your annual plan starts the day you switch. You pay for 11 months but it renews in 12 months time. So you always get a month free every year.

To switch your plan—if you started monthly—email us at support@flodesk.com and we can take care of that for you. Make sure to tell us your Flodesk account login email in your email message.
