Oh no, is it that time? We know we’re not for everyone, but we really hate to see you go. If we didn’t meet your needs somehow, we’d love one last chance to make it right.

Send us an email at support@flodesk.com to let us know how we can better serve you. We answer emails from between 6am and 6pm Eastern Time US and typically within two business days.

In this article, you'll learn

To cancel your free trial

Your 30-day trial is completely free—no credit card required and no strings attached.

If you decide Flodesk isn’t for you, you don’t have to do anything to cancel. Your trial will simply expire and you’ll be automatically moved to our free plan.

Once that happens, you can still access your account, and your content will be saved. You'll still be able to create and share Flodesk Forms, but you won't be able to send emails, your workflows will stop and your checkouts will be inactivated. Any forms that you've already shared will continue to collect new subscribers.

If your free trial account expires,

  • you won't be able to send one-off emails

  • your workflows won't send more emails

  • your checkouts will be inactivated

  • your forms will, however, still remain active and collect subscribers

If you want to start using Flodesk again to send emails, you can begin a paid subscription by selecting a plan and entering your payment information on the Plan + billing page of your existing account.

To cancel your paid subscription

To cancel your paid Flodesk subscription, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click on your profile in the top right corner of your screen to go to your Account settings.

Step 2. Select the Plan + billing page

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Request to cancel subscription and follow the prompts. Instead of canceling completely, you also have the option to downgrade to our free plan.

If no cancelation option is available in your account, then the cancelation request has already been received and your account will close at the end of your current billing period.

Step 4. Fill in the cancelation survey; you will receive a confirmation email once the cancelation is completed.

Taking these steps will start the cancellation process, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you would like your subscription to end immediately, contact us at support@flodesk.com, and our team will be happy to help.

Note: While your subscription is inactive, you can still access your account, and your content will be saved.

If you want your account to get deleted (Delete Account Request)

In case you'd like to request all your data and account to be deleted, contact us at support@flodesk.com, and our team will be happy to help.

Before we delete your account, double-check that you don't need anything from it. Once deleted, all your account information and content (emails, subscribers, workflows, forms, etc.) will be erased and unable to be retrieved.
