To cancel your free trial

Your free-month trial is completely free—no credit card required and no strings attached.

If you decide Flodesk isn’t for you, you don’t have to do anything to cancel. Your trial will simply end.

Note: If you add your payment details to your account before your free-month trial ends, you will immediately be moved into a paid plan.

To cancel your paid subscription and close your account

Canceling your paid subscription means you’ll lose access to your account soon after.

An important note before you cancel:

After you lose account access, we can't restore it.

This means all account data, including your subscriber list, segments, email campaigns, workflows and reports, will be removed from our database and can't be recovered.

So before you cancel, be sure to download your subscribers’ data into a CSV file.

To cancel your Flodesk subscription, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of your screen to go to your Account settings.

Step 2. Click on Plan + billing.

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Request to cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Note: If no cancelation option is available in your account, then the cancelation request has already been received and your account will close at the end of your current billing period.

Step 4. Fill in the short cancelation survey. Your request to cancel will not be successful until your feedback is submitted.

Step 5. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancelation is completed in our systems. We hope to serve you again in the future.
