How to Cancel Your Flodesk Subscription or Delete Your Account

Cancelling your Free trial
Your Flodesk free trial is commitment-free. If you choose not to upgrade, your trial will expire automatically, and your account will move to the free plan.
Here’s what happens when your free trial ends:
You’ll no longer be able to send one-off emails
Workflows will stop sending
Checkouts will be deactivated
Forms will remain active and continue collecting subscribers
Want to upgrade later? You can restart anytime by choosing a plan under Account settings > Plan + billing and entering your payment details.
Cancelling a Paid subscription
If you’re currently on a paid plan and wish to cancel, follow these steps:
Before you begin:
We recommend exporting your subscriber list to a CSV file. Learn how to export your subscribers.
Step-by-step:
1. Log into your Flodesk account
2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Account settings > Plan + billing
3. Scroll down and click Request to cancel subscription under the Invoices section.
Note: If the cancel option is unavailable, your cancellation request may have already been submitted. Your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
Instead of cancelling completely, which will automatically put you on our free plan, you also have the option to downgrade from the Everything plan to Email only.
4. Fill out the short cancellation survey
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed
Taking these steps will start the cancellation process, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
After cancellation:
You’ll be moved to the free plan
Your content (emails, forms, workflows, etc.) will still be available
Forms will remain active and continue to collect subscribers
You can reactivate your plan at any time by resubscribing
Need your cancellation to take effect immediately?
Email us at support@flodesk.com if you’d like to end your subscription sooner or request a refund.
Requesting Full Account Deletion
If you’d prefer to permanently delete your Flodesk account and all associated data:
1. Email us at support@flodesk.com
2. Let us know you’d like your account fully deleted
⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. This action will erase all data—including emails, workflows, forms, subscribers, analytics, and settings—and cannot be undone.
Be sure to download anything you’d like to keep before requesting deletion.
Summary
Cancel your free trial: No action needed. It expires automatically and moves you to the free plan.
Cancel your paid plan: Go to Account settings > Plan + billing, scroll down, and click Request to cancel subscription.
Delete your account entirely: Contact support@flodesk.com.
