Our member success team is trained in all things Flodesk and is available to assist you with setup guidance and general product questions. We answer emails from 8 am to 8 pm eastern time US, and typically within 2 business days.

A few things to note before you cancel your account

After an account is deleted, we can't restore it. 

This means all account data, including your subscriber list, segments, email campaigns, workflows and statistical data, will be removed from our database and can't be recovered.

So before you cancel your account, be sure to download your subscribers data into a CSV file.

To cancel your Flodesk account follow these steps

Step 1. Go to your Account by clicking on your avatar on the top right of your screen.

Step 2. Click on Plan + Billing.


Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Request to cancel my subscription link. This cancels your billing right away.

To cancel your account and subscription go to Account settings > Plan + Billing. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Request to cancel my subscription.
And we will take care of the rest.
