Where to find your checkouts in Flodesk

You can find all your checkouts in the Checkouts tab.

What you can do in the Checkouts tab

From the Checkouts tab, you can:

  • Create new checkouts

  • View checkouts performance (visitors, orders, total sales)

  • Organize checkouts into folders

  • Quickly take actions like get published link, customize link, or sharing templates

How the Checkouts tab is organized

The Checkouts tab has two main sections:

  • My checkouts: where all your checkouts are created and managed

  • Folders: where you organize your checkouts

When you first open the Checkouts tab, both sections will be empty and ready for you to start.


My Checkouts

This is your main workspace for creating and managing checkouts.

Create a new checkout

Click + New checkout to open the template gallery.


From there, you can:

  • Choose a pre-designed template

  • Customize your checkout

Use the left side navigation to browse through the various categories.

Choose how to view your checkouts

You can display your checkouts in two ways:

  • Card view: shows visual previews of your checkouts

  • List view: shows more details in a table format

You can switch between these views at any time.

If you don't see the list view option, check if you are using an ad blocker in your browser. It may prevent the feature from loading in the app.

Manage your checkouts

Use the toolbar in My checkouts to quickly find and manage your checkouts.

  • Search: Find checkouts by name

  • Sort: By date created, date modified, or alphabetically

  • Status filter: View checkouts by status (all, published, draft, archived, or shared as a template)

  • View toggle: Switch between card view and list view

  • + New checkouts: Create a new checkout

When using list view, you can also click column headers to sort by checkout name or status.


Quick actions for checkouts

Click the three dots (…) menu on any checkouts to access quick actions.

You can:

  • View in browser (published checkouts only)

  • Get published link (published checkouts only)

  • Customize link

  • Share as a template

  • Add to folder

  • Edit

  • Duplicate

  • Rename

  • Delete

  • Publish/Unpublish toggle (published checkouts only)

These options are available in both card view and list view.

How to view checkout stats

You can quickly check how your checkouts are performing.

In the list view, see visitors, orders, and total sales directly.

In the card view, click the bar chart icon on the checkout card to view visitors, orders and total sales, then View orders for full analytics

Organize your checkouts with folders

Folders can help you keep your checkouts organized by type, or purpose.

Important to know

  • A checkouts can only be in one folder at a time

  • Checkouts are not moved out of My checkouts when added to a folder

  • Folders create an organized view (they don’t store checkouts separately)

Folder actions

You can:

  • Search folders by name

  • Sort folders (created date, modified date, alphabetical)

  • Switch between card view and list view

  • Create a folder using + New folder

FAQ

Where are my checkouts in Flodesk?
All your checkouts are located in the Checkouts tab in the top navigation bar.

What’s the difference between card view and list view?

  • Card view shows a visual preview of your checkouts

  • List view shows more data like visitors, orders and total sales in a table format

Can I switch between card view and list view?
Yes, you can toggle between both views anytime in the Checkouts tab or Folders tab.

How do I see my checkouts’ performance stats?
Use list view to see quick stats like visitors, orders and total sales, or click the bar chart icon when in card view and select View orders.

Why is my checkout still in “My checkout” after adding it to a folder?
All checkouts always remain in My checkout. Folders only help organize them, they don’t move or remove checkouts.

Can a checkout be in multiple folders?
No. Each checkout can only be in one folder at a time.

What actions can I take on a checkout?
You can view in browser (published checkouts only), get published link (published checkouts only), customize link, share as a template, add to folder, edit, duplicate, rename, delete, publish/unpublish (published checkouts only)using the three dots menu.

How do I create a new checkout?
Click + New checkout in the Checkouts tab and choose a template to get started.
