Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that your subscription needs may change. If you're looking to switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan or from an annual plan to a monthly plan, we're here to help!

You have the flexibility to start with either a monthly or annual plan and can easily switch at any time. When you choose the annual plan instead of getting billed monthly, your new subscription begins on the date you make the switch.

By switching to an annual plan, you pay for just 11 months but enjoy a full 12 months of service! That means you get an entire month for free—on us!

How to Make the Switch

To change your billing plan, simply send us an email at support@flodesk.com. Be sure to include the email associated with your Flodesk account to help us process your request quickly.
