How to connect ThriveCart and Flodesk
Expand your e-commerce automation by connecting your ThriveCart account to Flodesk. With these direct integrations, you can sync your ThriveCart customers, trigger abandoned cart workflows, and more—no external automation tools required.
To get the full value, we recommend connecting the integration from both the Flodesk integrations page and the ThriveCart integrations page, as each connection offers unique benefits.
Note: The Flodesk integration is available to users with a Pro+ ThriveCart plan.
What you can do with each ThriveCart integration
With the ThriveCart integration, you can add customers to a segment or a workflow using the automation settings in each of your ThriveCart products.
If you connect to ThriveCart from the Flodesk integrations page, you can trigger abandoned cart and purchase follow-up workflows using ThriveCart checkouts. Abandoned cart workflows will automatically use the name, price, and checkout page link for the product that was abandoned in the first workflow email.
Note: ThriveCart does not provide product images to Flodesk, so ThriveCart workflow emails will not include product images.
If you connect to Flodesk from the ThriveCart integrations page, you can add customers to a segment or a workflow using the automation settings in each of your ThriveCart products.
Important: the abandoned cart automation trigger available in the ThriveCart automations will not work with Flodesk, and instead, you’ll want to set up abandoned cart workflows using the Flodesk integration.
