If you have an existing Flodesk subscription paid via credit or debit card and you need to modify the billing address, follow the steps below.
If you chose to pay your existing Flodesk subscription via PayPal, jump to the next section.
Updating the billing address (if paid via credit or debit card)
Log into your Flodesk account
Click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner
Select Plan + billing
On the Payment details block, select Change payment and billing address info
On the Update your card details screen, enter your card details and the associated billing address. Then click or tap save.
Updating the billing address (if paid via PayPal)
If you have an existing Flodesk subscription paid via PayPal, you need to keep your billing address up-to-date in PayPal.
First, log into your PayPal account and double-check and edit your billing address if needed.
Next, to refresh the PayPal connection to Flodesk, follow these steps:
Navigate to My account > Plan + billing
Click Change payment and billing address info on the Payment details card
Click Switch to another PayPal account to open the PayPal modal
Select the card you want attached to your subscription (it can be the same card that's currently being used)
Click Accept and continue in the PayPal window
The new address information will now override any old address we have on file
