By law, Flodesk is required to collect and remit sales tax for members' paid subscriptions in certain states. Some organizations—such as charitable, religious, scientific, or educational organizations—may be exempt from sales tax.

Sales tax exemption certificates require a review process that may take up to three (3) business days to process and be approved.
Once the tax exemption documentation is processed successfully, we’ll notify you via email and add the tax exemption status to your next billing cycle. Flodesk does not offer refunds on sales tax billed before you submit the tax exemption documentation.
