You created your next email campaign, scheduled it to go out in a couple of days and just remembered you forgot to add something to the email.
No worries, we've got you covered.
As long as the email campaign hasn't been sent out, you can still go back and edit it.
Note: If your email has been already sent out, you can't edit its content anymore.
If there was a typo in your email or you wanted to send out a different version of the email, create a new email and send it out to your subscribers.
How to make last-minute changes to a scheduled email
On your Emails dashboard:
Locate the scheduled email's card
Hover over it
Click the 3 dots (...) in the upper right corner
Select 'Unschedule'
Next, click on the 'Yes, unschedule' confirmation button.
This puts your email back to a Draft status. Click on the email's card to open it and edit the email content as needed.
Once you're done, don't forget to schedule it again.
Summary
To edit a scheduled email, first, you need to Unschedule it, and then you can access the email in edit mode again.
Sent emails, however, can't be edited anymore. If needed, duplicate the email, make the necessary changes and then send out the new version to your audience.
