Are My Subscribers Double-Counted?
Short answer: No. Flodesk never double-counts your subscribers—no matter how many segments they’re in.
How it works
Let’s say you have one subscriber who appears in three different segments (for example: “Newsletter,” “Customers,” and “VIPs”). In each individual segment, you’ll see that one subscriber is counted. But in your All Subscribers view, that person is only counted once.
So even if someone is in multiple segments, they’re still just one unique subscriber in your total list.
Will they receive duplicate emails?
Also no. Flodesk will only send one copy of your email to each subscriber—even if they belong to multiple segments included in your recipient list.
