How to connect Flodesk and Manychat
Flodesk integrates with ManyChat, a conversational marketing platform for Messenger, Instagram, SMS, and WhatsApp. This integration allows you to automatically send subscriber data—such as email addresses—collected in ManyChat directly into your Flodesk account and add those subscribers to specific segments.

Step 1: Connect your Flodesk account to ManyChat
Log in to your ManyChat account.
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find Flodesk and click Connect Flodesk Account.
When prompted, log in to your Flodesk account and authorize the connection.
Once connected, your Flodesk account name will appear under the Integrations tab in ManyChat.
Disconnecting later
You can disconnect Flodesk at any time from Settings → Integrations in ManyChat.
Step 2: Add Flodesk to your Manychat automation
After your accounts are connected, you can start sending subscribers into Flodesk.
Create a new automation (flow) in ManyChat, or open an existing one.
Make sure your flow collects an email address.
This can be stored in a System Field or Custom Field.
After the email is captured, add an Action step.
Select Flodesk as the action.
Choose the Flodesk segment you want the subscriber added to.
If needed, create a segment first in Flodesk → Audience.
Once set up, test your automation. After a successful test, the contact will appear in Flodesk under the selected segment.

Any segment you select in ManyChat can be used in Flodesk as a workflow trigger. This allows you to:
