Click New Workflow > Start from Scratch.

Click the + icon to add an email.
Choose a template or create one from scratch.
Customize your email content and design.
Click Finish when done.
Add Time Delays
Space out your emails by adding time delays (e.g., 2 days between each email).
Review Workflow Settings
Ensure Allow repeat subscribers is toggled off so contacts don’t enter the sequence multiple times.
Use Segment Exclusion to remove subscribers who’ve already taken a specific action (like a purchase).
Publish
Click Publish to activate your workflow.
