With Workflows V2, you can now add someone to a workflow when they are added to a segment OR they complete a particular opt-in form, simplifying the process and getting your audience into a workflow in fewer steps.

Learn how to leverage the flexibility of this powerful feature.

Step 1. Start building a new workflow or pause an existing workflow to edit it

Step 2. At the top, you’ll find the trigger

Step 3. In the new version of workflows (Workflows v2), you’ll see a new option that allows you to start a workflow when someone completes a form.

To use this, select it from the dropdown:

Begin this workflow > When someone subscribes through a form

Then select the form from the dropdown.

You can also add an additional trigger, so that workflow triggers when someone completes your form OR gets added to a specific segment.

Step 4. Build the rest of your workflow and hit Publish.

Note: this feature is only available for Workflows v2. Learn more about how and why to migrate to Workflows v2 here: https://help.flodesk.com/en/articles/10364072-upgrade-to-workflows-v2
