How to sign up for your free Flodesk trial
Step 1. On the Flodesk website, click on the Try it free button. Or, if you received an invitation from a friend of yours, click on the referral link.
Step 2. Enter your email address and choose a password. This email address will be your login email address to Flodesk.
You can also use Google Single Sign On and sign up via your Google account login credentials.
Step 3. Click on the Try it free button and a welcome message will appear.
Step 4. Follow the prompt and look for the email we sent to your login email address to activate your account. If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk folder. Or click on the Resend email button.
Step 5. Click on the verification link in the email we sent. And that's it! Your Flodesk account is up and running.

If you’re finding this limit is impacting your ability to test Flodesk for your needs, upgrading to a paid account will remove this limit and unlock all the features Flodesk has to offer, including unlimited emails with an authenticated custom domain.
How to sign up for the paid subscription plan
Once your initial free trial ends, you can remain on our free plan which allows growing your list and includes the usage of our various opt-in forms, or you can convert to a paid plan to regularly email subscribers and deliver them your workflow emails.
Step 1. Click on your avatar on the top right of your screen.
Step 2. Click on Plan + Billing > Choose your plan.
Step 3. Choose between Flodesk Email, Flodesk Checkout or the Everything plan—and decide if you'd like to pay monthly or annually. If you select the annual plan, you’ll get a month free on us (wahoo!).
Step 4. Fill in your payment details. You can select payment by card or via PayPal. If you have an affiliate/discount code, click on the "Got a code?" link, enter the code and hit apply.
And you're all set.
Note: Once you converted to paid Flodesk subscription plan, it will renew automatically.
If you joined via a referral/discount code, a renewal notification email will be triggered when the discount expires (applies to both monthly and annual plans).
Also, a renewal notification email will be triggered 21 days before your annual subscription renews.
Paying with PayPal for your subscription
Step 1. If you’d like to pay via PayPal, you need to connect your PayPal account first.
A success message will display when it’s connected, but that doesn't complete the payment just yet.
Step 2. To finish paying (you’re so close!), make sure to go back to the prior screen in Flodesk and click the Join now button. Otherwise, your subscription won’t start.
Can I change from the monthly plan to the annual plan later on?
We understand that life happens and you may want to switch your subscription plan. We're happy to help you with that.
You can start on the monthly plan (or annual) and switch to annual billing (or monthly billing) at any time.
Your annual plan starts the day you switch. You pay for 11 months but your subscription renews in 12 months time. So you always get a month free, every year, completely on us.
To switch your billing plan, email us at support@flodesk.com
and we can take care of that for you. Make sure to include your Flodesk account login email in your email message.
